I was born in Vinica in a distant 1983, Macedonia. I live with my wife in a Perfect Harmony that has Never Been Troubled by my regular physical activities and fitness exercises. I regularly do mountain hiking, running, playing basketball, swimming and It helps maintain my body Super Fit, and Capable in Any Effort that a Busy Day Requires!
I used to exercise in the local gyms, but I have completely abandoned that time-consuming practice.
My (PREVIOUS) story: I needed 10-15 minutes to walk to the gym, and 10-15 minutes to get back home already tired for anything else except hugging my pillow for the rest of the night. Getting there by a car required similar time, saving me only a few minutes each way and only If I found an empty parking spot.
Add another 10-15 minutes for changing clothes, putting on the workout gloves, exercising belt, warming up, handling your membership ID, and you HAVE LOST A GOOD 40-50 minutes WITHOUT EVEN GETTING STARTED WORKING OUT. My full working out session took another 40-50 minutes. Some evenings I was too tired to even take a shower and fell asleep on the couch in the living room.
And that was before I have dinner with my lovely wife.....I had to change tactics...
The same week I made the switch - Literally - MY LIFE CHANGED - As if my magic I brought back all the people that mean a lot to me! I had an EXTRA TWO HOURS EACH DAY for WHATEVER I WANTED TO DO and WHOEVER I WANTED TO SEE.....
The First answer that seemed obvious to me is: "Why Not..."
But the second reason and answer is simple - Save More of That Precious time for You and Your Loved Ones. With a simple choice of doing the exercise part at home, you save time and avoid your wife/husband complaining you arrive too late at home, after you've spent almost a whole day travelling to work, in the office and again driving back home perhaps for an hour. This can even save your marriage in a long term.
You can stick to your firm plan and do the exercises at home, squeeze maybe an extra hour or two for your kids to play with or have a nice family walk in the park before the evening is over....
Maybe those 1-2 extra hours are good for a calorie-free natural juice (even a beer sometimes on a non-workout day) with your old friends, and some relaxed chat - hear their latest stories..and avoid them not calling you the next time they go out - THE REASON - You Never Have Time for Them!

My typical home workout lasts about 30 minutes total, add 5 more minutes for taking a shower. All this in under a half time. Sometimes I take a short nap and I'm So Refreshed and ready for a Quality Time for the rest of the evening.
Result are even More IMPRESSIVE NOW ...I have developed a big list of various exercises, so no workout is the same. This way the muscles react better, they are always expecting more and more effort and getting Bigger and Stronger.
