Also, working out the abs is part of some other exercises which are not part of the abs muscle group workout. In those exercises, the abs are playing a passive role; they help perform the exercise, ergo, they are working – like in Pushups and The Plank.
In your daily abs workout routine, make three abs workouts, with 3 sets and approximately 25 to 30 repetitions. Change the workouts every 2-3 weeks, otherwise the body will get use to couple of abs exercises and won’t deliver the results.
