The Best Workout Music from 2008

It is known fact (without any type of scientific research) that listening to music while exercising improves your workout results. Listening to music while doing pushups, squats, run on a treadmill, jogging, bench pressing, biceps curling, triceps and etc. is far more fun than exercising in silence. The rhythm of the music, the lyrics, the voice of the singer lifts the spirit of exercising and increases motivation.
