Push Ups, Push Ups, Push Ups … Don’t you ever forget to do Push Ups in your exercising program. It is mentioned before a hundred times and it will be mentioned a hundred more. You’ve probably heard it a hundred times before and you will hear it a hundred times more until you start doing pushups. They are the number one upper-body workout of all times and it will remain so no matter how sophisticated workout machines get. So, the tomorrow morning when you wake up – “Drop and Give me 20!!!”
It is not a coincidence that Drill-Sergeants use this phrase over and over again to their regruits. Not only it will give them physical capabilities, but it will also learn them in discipline nad motivation. Every time your instructor gives you a fine of 20 pushups remember that it is for your own good.
