Every now and then people don’t go to the gym as often as they use to, or have stoped going to the gym just because resuts arent the way they want them to be. Results are late because you dont follow certain rules when it comes to exercising. No matter how tough you think you are, weights need to be repsected. But Motivation is the biggest reason for your gym absence.

To be honest, if you think motivation has left you you are wrong. Motivation has always been there for you. It is everywere you want it to be. Here are some places where to reveive motivation:

-motivational music tracks that you personally like

-motivational famous athlets quotes
-motivational literature quotes
-action movie scenes
-famous rock songs and hymns
-and so on and so on and so on …

Motivation is where you left it, in you. All you have to do is wake it up. Don’t worry it hasn’t got a grudge on you. Be inspired, be motivated and the obydwill follow
