In “Fight Club” Brad Pitt impressed with its chiseled muscles and left many people wondering how he got to them. Before I present his workout routine, let me point out that he stick to the regime all the way; working out one muscle group each day of the week; the remaining days cardio workout and rest. Here is his program.

– 25 pushups
– Nautilus chest press
– Nautilus incline press
-Pec deck machine (chest fly)

Tuesday
– 5 pull-ups
– Seated rows
– Lat pull downs
T-bar rows

Wednesday – Shoulders
– Arnold dumbbell press
– Lateral rises
– Front Raises

Thursday – Biceps and Triceps
-Nautilus curl machine
-EZ cable Curls
-Hammer curls
-Triceps Pushdowns

Friday – Cardio
45 minutes walking or running on a treadmill at about 75% maximum heart rate
