The famous 300 movie, launched in March 2007, has brought a different approach on body-muscle crafting. Spartans with chiseled abs, biceps, backs and you name it; made a boost in the fitness world. Hardcore working out was their road towards the Spartan look. Many of the fans wanted their exercising secret, and they got it. All the Spartans, from King Leonidas(Gerard Butler) to the last surviving of the 300 – Dilios (David Wenham) went through the training of becoming a true looking soldiers. It burns fat and gives mass to the muscles.Here is the 300 workout program.

Pullups with 25 repetitions
Deadlifts with 135 lbs – 50 reps
Pushups with 50 repetitions
24-inch box jumps with 50 repetitions
Floor wipers with 50 repetitions
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs with 50 repetitions
Pullups with 25 repetitions

The exercises are done without pauses in-between. It’s and advanced workout, but you can adapt it to you capabilities. Here is a less hard version

Make a total of 150 repetitions or 15-25 repetitions on 4-6 exercise.
15 bodyweight rows
25 bodyweight squats
15 pushups
50 jumping jacks
20 mountain climbers
10 close grip pushups
15 bodyweight rows
