When you are in the Gym – BE in the Gym. The workout territory is a place where numerous tips and trick lay around waiting to be heard and obeyed. All you have to do is get a hold of them. Many of the best techniques are silent … so steal them!
Concentration and focus is what you need the most when you enter the Gym. They are not there to assist but to work with you while weight lifting, running on the treadmill, push-ups, pull-ups and etc. But between repetitions and sets, do some “scanning” in the gym. There are many athletes and professional weight lifters working out near you.
They won’t talk to you? Not because they are not polite (some are), but because they are fully focused and concentrated their workout exercises. Talking to people can easily shift focus and concentration. To ask them about a proper exercise or workout movement, is almost impossible; they wont’ talk to you. So, steal! How? Follow their every movement.
Look at his workout repetitions; How does he breathe when he lifts weights? How does he rest after a set? Does he drink water and how much? How does he maintain concentration and focus? Does he sit down after sets or stands? Does he run before weight lifting or after? Does he do more body-weight exercises then weight lifting?
All that information is silent and you ought to steal them if you want to be efficient. Don’t think about your problems outside the Gym. Working-out time is when you relax and release stress; now add “Grand Theft Gym” on the list and gather Intel as much as you can.
